The big surprise was finding the BCR rail grinder sitting on a siding near the station. It was shut down and the crew were out of site. I was told latter that the rail grinder was returned to the builder after CN took over & was scrapped. Thank you! Mr Mooney. The rail grinder was not something I expected to see. In fact I did not know that the BCR even owned one. BCR purchased a lot of second hand equipment,so many times something interesting would pop up. I took 3 more close up shots of the unit.
