While 1439 is still working hard in Hamilton, 5 of it's counterparts have found themselves "retired" at Mac Yard with these 3 (1440/1408/1412) sitting on the South side of the shop smartstarts chirping away (not running but batteries are charged) with fuel in tanks. Meanwhile on the North side, 1444 and 1437 are running but haven't moved in a few weeks. None have stacks capped, yet...Taken by an off duty CN employee wearing all required PPE.

  1. Are those condos in the back?

  2. Correct! New condos and luxury townhouses at ground level on the corner of Portage and Millway.

  3. I saw a post online which showed these 3 units on the move in a freight recently. Would you happen to know where they are headed?
