CN 148 with CN 8954 cruises by CN A402 with the CN 2415 leading at Hardy Road in Brantford. 402 had to hold at Hardy to wait on CN L580 to clear the Hagersville Subdivision before they could head down to Garnet. Shot a 200mm from the public crossing. Also on my lunch break!

  1. Cool. I shot it at 60mm framed with the signals. I like your shot. The “number board” on the conductors side looked blank, but you can faintly see “2415CN” in marker. I thought 2415 was scrapped; clearly it wasn’t. Are there others that were slated for scrap and put back in service???

  2. You Brantford guys get some amazing lunch breaks. However, this is a great shot; and worth being out for.

  3. Nice wave. :-)

  4. I have some words for whichever selfish person decided to steal the numberboards off 2415…

  5. That’s certainly a very productive lunch break. Sweet photo.
