Caption: GMDs west. CN 5572, 5507 and 9550 power a train up the grade heading westbound thru Dundas. A typical dreary looking January day. Rather damp probably. It looks it.
This angle has long been obscured by increasing foliage over the years. A shame, but the fans have milked the angle for what it was worth. It has been 40 years since this scene, and surprisingly, the '38s still toil, now as 4772, and 4707; whereas the trailing unit was retired in 2000.
