I parked my butt at Simcoe St and Ellis Lane (on other side of tracks) in anticipation of #521 having 3 or 4 units at best. But no. This time there are 7. It made for a rather disheveled appearance, all this power coming thru, but what the heck. I'll take it.
This is one of the few locations the sun is still predominate at this time of the day, which was probably around 1900 hrs or so as I used to head down to Niagara after dinner when most likely a train could be seen. The lineup consists of: CP 5691, HATX 404, CP 5639, 8228, 1807, 5519 and 1859.
The last unit is now working at Trillium. The third unit, 5639, I marked in my notes as "CPRS" as I often did to denote the new 'dual flags' paint scheme.
