I loved the broad white strips on the end of the CP locomotives back in the day, and as well I was a fan of
the SD40s; as their styling and the fact many often were needed on the head end compared to the behemoths of today.....and out west in Kamloops I certainly got my fill when visiting back in 1975. Busy place, beautiful country.
Here we see 5593, 5605 and 5821, 5812 at work in the yard.
