Caption: I guess if you are going to see something you like, any type weather day is a good day. I fail to recall why I bothered to make the trip so early in the morning to Bayview in such dreary conditions though. Came away with what I think was a decent "mood" picture. Here is VIA(CN) 6765 leading a westbound up onto the Dundas sub on what is obviously a damp and cold morning as well as foggy, considering this is mid-November.
This might be morning train #71; weather cleared for possible CP Mississauga Wreck detour trains later that day. Sometimes in anticipation of seeing something, you just went out and hoped. No real communications like todays internet.
Fortunately this old MLW FPA-4 has been saved. It is a resident of Exporail at Saint-Constant, Quebec.
