Hard to believe the GEXR is no longer thru here. The road's time came and went rather quickly. For this shot, I have wandered up that way on a Saturday, a rare occasion for me because I rather liked working weekends. Nice combination of power, rolling east: RLK 4096, LLPX 2236, GEXR 3835, RLK 2210 and LLPX 2210. VIA station on left.
(Yes, not a typo: the last two engines featured the same number...but not for long)

  1. That looks like empties for budd on the huron park. Maybe its 433?

But given the time of day… could be 432 which was a noon train meeting 85 at kitchener

  2. Dunno, Mr. Host; I was just used to seeing #432 around that time and made the assumption.

  3. Nice shot at Kitchener Arnold.

No this would have been 432. It often brought empty Budd cars back east from Stratford that had been lifted in London.

  4. Oooh that explains it…. thank you
