Sometimes it's hard to believe this location is so close to Mississauga's city centre. Usually either the sound of rushing water or rushing grain from the Ardent mill on the hillside cover any other sounds other then nature. A PD day for my boys and a couple hours to spare for myself found us making the hike along the Credit River in Streetsville, knowing an eastbound was lined and assuming it was 234 we thought we would try a different angle. You can imagine my boys excitement as heritage painted 7014 entered the shot leading ethanol train 650, sending a group of turkey vultures to the air off the bridge. The seagulls couldn't have cared less, LoL.

  5. Smooooooooth stuff, Marcus!!!

  6. That river used to be & maybe still is, teaming with salmon. I’ve stopped on that bridge with the westbound Expressway, and when looking down, you could see all kinds of salmon, large salmon & I have pics to prove it.

  7. There were a few fish jumping while I was there :)
