I found a “going away” shot of this train; the last unit was the 4421.

it looks like the steam generator is running which seems odd.

This is a Paris Turn, train 830.
It originated with the power from Spadina shop as train 831 and would’ve either gone lite engines with the caboose to Paris pit. Or slipped over to Don Yard for some empties and then ran west. These and Limehouse Turns (851/850) utilized a mixture of freight and passenger power found at Spadina any given day.
