The CN Yard Job is pictured here in what I believe to be Mission Yard (corrections welcome), in the early stages of building its train to take back to Neebing Yard. I kept thinking they were soon departing, but they just kept adding more and more cars to the train. All told, they'd head back to Neebing with 197 cars in tow, most of which were grain empties (aside from 8 or so cars from McAsphalt). By my calculations (aka Google Maps measurements), they were stretched out a little more than 2 miles from where they are pictured here by the time they finally left at around 5pm, making for some ugly 'rush hour' traffic.

  2. This is terrific Jamie, SD38 and 3 different paint jobs and those chevrons topping it all off. :-)

  3. Thanks both – this trio was a pleasant surprise.
