A nice surprise was yesterday's daylight appearance of CN 533, seen here passing the 1911 Grand Trunk Railway station at Guelph with 510 axles. Metrolinx has been busy prepping the south track with concrete ties and welded rail for the new south platform to be built soon.

  1. Very nice. Oh how it has changed around there too.

  2. New platform and track, railway crossing to be closed, locomotive 6167 moving again, not to mention all the fencing. Changes keep a comin’.

  3. Yawn

  4. @RLK: my thoughts upon seeing the leader.
