I think this was a third 54. The first 54 was identical to ETL 55 which can be seen here in Bill Thomson’s 1965 shot: http://www.railpictures.ca/?attachment_id=30567 now on display at the Gibson Gallery in Amherstburg. What would seem to be the second 54 is seen with this third 54 here: http://www.trainweb.org/oldtimetrains/photos/etr/rolling_stock.htm

The second 54/55 were ex UP it would seem.
