The great (or infamous) Algoma Sinter Plant is no longer. It shut down not long after this photo was taken, and the whole complex, along with the railroad, was demolished and removed. In 1997 Algoma Ore had decided to cease all operations in the area.
This image shows WC 6604. 6655, 3012, and 6506 bringing more cars in tow in order to switch out the plant.
