Well, this is a tough shot; waiting in vain for a train that never came...........in daylight. Then it was sundown. Getting dark.....the twilight was fading fast, but still; over to Clifton Hill for the "old college try". Interesting is the night scene in the area. So much has changed and of course the tracks are gone. B&O 4041, 5734.

  1. Well it’s still a cool shot. I really wish I had seen trains through this area before the tracks were removed. I think the Mrs. is getting sick of me bringing it up every time we’re there.

  2. That must have been some pretty fast film, eh Arnold? Very nice shot, that’s difficult to pull off now, much less with film.

  3. The B&O blue compliments the colour of twilight perfect in this scene. Good for waiting it out.

  4. In all liklihood a ‘Bridge Turn ‘ given the small amount of HP assigned.
You get a star for effort.

  5. Thankee, me lad.

  6. This is awesome!

  7. Sweet

  8. Yes the B&O matches the twilight sky. Well done. Is the Golden Steer Steakhouse still there?

  9. Brad: A steakhouse by that name is nearby on Centre St., but not sure if it is still the same owners.
