Late June and early July 1972 saw numerous detour trains from south of the border account damages from Hurricane Agnes. Pictured here is an Erie Lackawanna detour having departed Hamilton (TH&B) and is east bound on the CN Oakville sub. Most likely this train went to Montreal and then back to the USA. My Kodak Instamatic did it's best to capture the scene.
