Caption: While not 100 % certain, it looks like we have a Canadian Pacific train operating on the Toronto, Hamilton & Buffalo Welland sub in the Hamilton Terminal using Penn Central power. (Got that?) This train, shown approaching the CN "diamond", could be a late "Kinnear" from Buffalo or an "extra Ham" using PC GP9 7429 and GP30 2194 (laying over in Toronto). The descending track on the right is the CN Hagersville sub and the track in the middle is the CN-TH&B interchange track.

Jan 9, 1970, a Hamilton Extra with borrowed power off the ‘Kinnear’ (PC/TH&B train FT-1).
BTW – the gons are empty, I have an overhead shot at Snake Road.
They must have been desperate to borrow PC power. Usually it was PC “borrowing” TH&B power.
