It has been awhile since I last shot some action in Thamesville. Last time I was there, I had met up with both rp.ca contributors, Hunter Holmes and Luke Bellefleur. Of course, at that time being at the tender age of 41 I'm the 'senior' out of the three of us. Of course, having a then 2 year old in tow didn't help me to catch up with their young and energetic enthusiasm of photographing 514 working in Thamesville. Thankfully, this time was different. After getting a tip of 514 working in Thamesville, I arrived 'sans child' and to my surprise found GMTX 2274 leading the way with the sun out. Awesome day, awesome catch - as the sun was out for just enough time before it clouded over.

  1. Nice shot Todd. I can totally relate to railfanning with a young one as well!
