Graydon, did you happen to take a side shot of that Nordco built MoW machine? Was there a running number on the machine?
Unfortunately I did not. On the east side was the shadowed side (towards the main) and on the west side there was actually another big construction machine on the ground right next to the MOW which is why I wasn’t quite able to get the side shot with good light coming down. I did take a behind photo tho and the number W0414 was written towards the bottom right (looks like in permanent marker) with a arrow pointing down right below but I wouldn’t know if the railway did that intentionally or if it was someone else. Thought I should mention it anyway in case it was helpful. Hope you had a nice Thanksgiving!
Happy Thanksgiving to you as well. Thanks for your reply re: the machine in the siding. I’m pretty sure it is not a CP unit. The lack of a cab, LED running lights, LED perimeter lighting, 4″ safety striping, dimensional data and a other items would suggest it is a contractors machine. I was just curious (as I always am) about MoW equipment in posted photos.
