I stopped in at the BCRY yard on the way home from work and was surprised to find them with a couple dimensional loads in tow. They didn't take them out of the yard, rather just repositioned them to another track possibly for transloading. Still, neat to see and I have no idea how frequently the railway handles this kind of oversized cargo.

    Is this the engine they are running now? What happened to 4009? Great shot btw!

    Brad – thanks for the comment. During my time living in Barrie I’ve never seen 4009 on the BCRY, I’ve only ever known 1001 to be used. I believe 4009 was the power for the OBRY between 2009 and 2016.
