Is that a switchtender shanty or something at left?

My first shot at this location was from 1988. There was quite a cluster of sheds here at that time, including a 2 or 3 door Speeder shed this side of the white building, and another red shed beyond. There were are a couple small container sheds and lots of MOW bits along that siding, I would assume that all of this was MOW territory, but I do not know why the white shed remained in 1996.
