I really enjoyed being on location to catch the TH&B Starlite when it rolled thru Bayview on its way into Hamilton in the late afternoons, but seeing CP for power was appreciated just as much. Especially when a "Big M" was on the lead. Perfect timing for this Wednesday evening image; the shadows are not quite long and the light is nice. CP 4736 and 5563 with 62 cars and van 434338 is what I have marked in my tattered notebook. Foreground tracks head up the Dundas.

  1. Nice evening shot.

  2. Love the chapeau on the hogger! Nice illustration of the contrast in ‘Zebra’ stripe widths. The crisp white ‘extra’ flags are also a nice touch. Forty-one years ago??!! Seriously???!!!

  3. Forty one years. Scary, isn’t it?

  4. I wonder if that is Smokey Anderson at the throttle??
