Caption: Though 4704 has been here for what has felt like an eternity (mostly because I am sick of hearing "brake pipe fully charged!"), I haven't really shot it all that much to be honest. With the other power set in Hamilton largely being for 555's power (which right now is two GP38-2W's with a GP9 sandwiched in the middle), it's quite often this pair you'll find "down the hole" these days.
I came across the 1500 job this evening running light power westbound on the N&NW. They were headed this way for a whole host of work at Bunge - lifting loaded tanks out of the Edible Oil Facility (better known as the EOF), lifting meal loads from the meal yard, and lifting canola empties out of the bayside. Bunge has just recently got things up and running again after a temporary shutdown for scheduled maintenance, and things seem to be up and running in a big way. Pictured here, the crew is clearing/throwing a switch to shove back and lift tanks loaded with canola oil out of the EOF. The tanks pictured to the left are in the EOF, and are moved around by a trackmobile (just out of frame).
