    Larry, those are Hudson Ballasters manufactured by Hudson ROI Equipment in Hawkesbury. Different versions of this type of ballast cart are manufactured by a variety of MoW manufacturers.

    CN MOW truck.
    Elderly government grain car.
    Are the containers moved to the port by truck or is there a local train movement for them?

    Interestingly enough grain is transloaded from hoppers to containers at that facility I believe, it is called Ray-Mont Logistics. A very busy customer.
