Caption: It was a cloudy day for the most part on the holiday Monday, but a few sucker holes opened up allowing for some sun in the shots. I happened to get some sun for 421 shortly after it pulled into Port Rob, but I am not posting this shot for what's in the sun. I am posting it for what's trailing in the shadows, taking one of their final rides. In the background you can see some of the string of the 43 old 3800 cubic foot CN cylindrical hoppers that came in on 421, destined for scrap. They are being interchanged with Trillium and will be taken to SLM to be cut up. When all is said and done, nearly 400 of them will be scrapped down here. There are quite a few scattered throughout Trillium's yards already. Could make for some interesting shots on 562 as they are being interchanged, or on Trillium as they are being moved. Hopefully someone more local can catch the movements.
