I really like the looks of the CP ECO’s.
In The Hammer, like London, locals always say “those damn trains”. For me, the more the merrier. To the right it looks like a microphone with a wind sock and a reverse shock mount.
To me it looks like something to hold waybills.. there would have been a spur into the place some years ago in TH&B days. There was also a junction ahead for the Beach Branch which junctioned off the Belt Line (pictured)

Yeah they are a bit of a mixed bag (especially TH41) and seem to change at random:
TH11: MON-FRI 0700
TH21: TUES-SAT 1500
TH31: THUR-MON 2300
TH41: SAT 0700, SUN/MON 1500, TUES/WED 2300
