The Oshawa CP station was built in 1914.  Last passenger service was in the 1960s, but was still used by MoW after that for a few years before finally being boarded up to keep the vandals out. Ultimately it was declared expendable in 1989 and was torn down November 3rd of that year.

    Was that the same trip as Pontypool?

  3. No. Pontypool was in winter. As special trip just for that station.
    This one was a run to Ernestown, then to Chesterville and back. My notes state I overnighted in Kingston but I don’t actually remember any of it.
