Great shot Mr. Mooney! I agree fully with why can’t a modern version be brought back. Irish Rail is a prime example with their DMU intercity trains. For a short period after the formation of Terra Transport in Newfoundland in 1979, the Premier of the day toyed with bringing in re-trucked RDC’s to replace the Roadcruiser Trans-Island bus. Now that would have been something to see ten years after the last ‘Caribou’!
That would have been great. Perhaps the fact there was a two man crew made for high expenses but the seating capacity would have been good. And a much more enjoyable ride.
