Goderich-Exeter train 431 is viewed rolling through Petersburg with RLHH 3403, GEXR 3394 and GEXR 3054. The train had only set-off cars at Shantz that day and was straight-shot through Kitchener with no work. RLHH SD40-2 3403 had been recently sent from SOR to assist power short GEXR.
