Caption: The old signal mast that once stood and protected the diamond between the CN Kashabowie and CP Nipigon Sub sits forlorn and dilapidated. Signal-less, its ladder bent out of shape over the years it once governed eastbound movements on the former south track. Today the former north main is what remains, trains like the one approaching, the daily Fort Frances- Thunder Bay freight A436, led by CN 2109 now governed by a dwarf signal just out of the frame on the right hand side of the picture.
