Date Correction: April 1995 is new best guess, based on new information. This is well covered in the comments for related image: http://www.railpictures.ca/?attachment_id=36307

I misinterpreted my online source, it indicated these locomotives were RETIRED in 1993, after that went to NRE. But there was quite a gap between those events, they sat at Oneonta NY for a couple of years.
