Caption: CN RDC 1501 cools its heels on the Huron Park Spur in Kitchener as it gives the Guelph Subdivision over to CN X568, which is proceeding westbound to Stratford with GMTX 2279, GMTX 2284 and GMTX 2323. As 1501 waits on the spur, CN L540 was also heading back from the interchange with Canadian Pacific in Kitchener, making this the first time in many decades that two CN movements were on this spur at the same time. RDC 1501 would eventually test the Huron Park Spur after X568 and L540 cleared and would proceed eastbound to Guelph, where it would tie-up for the night, with more testing to follow on the Guelph North and Fergus Spurs the following day.
