Preparing for tomorrow's operations (11/16/2018), GEXR 431 reverses to the office to park 3 of 6 four axle units assigned for the local operations after running light power from Mac Yard. Unfortunately, "SP" 3054 didn't make a final trip and was set off in Mac Yard along with RLHH 3403 and GEXR 3394 after arriving on the morning's 432

  1. Next question…where does the GEXR 6 axles head to…

  2. The 6 axles are already gone, sitting in Mac yard waiting for billing, with 2 more units coming to Mac today on x432……most likely they all head to Quebec

  3. So, I had heard that 431 and 580 swapped power at Kitchener, and 4095 (431) went back to Stratford light power. Was this photo before or after the swap? :)

A great shot of the transition. Not too many to be had.

  4. Thanks Steve. This was just before the swap. 580 followed 431 back to the office then all 3 units on 580 took off toward the Kitchener station. Unsure of why but I didn’t stick around any longer. The roads got very slick
