    Looks to be one of the VanAlstyne twins (Murray, Bill).
    Hey is that the CPR Agincourt wheel truing machine in the gondola….lost in transit ??

    This is interesting now, in the ensuing years “stuart” has come to be added as a control point, and this would be about the same spot no?
