(reportedly 5790 is one of 35 in active CPR service, of 489+ SD40-2's that CP owned at one time) ...

  1. This tugs at my heart-strings. What did I see at Field the last time I was there? SD40s. That was 40 years ago as of 09/22 and what is STILL there? An SD40. Amazing. Just amazing.

  2. Sentimental Journey………still the best looking thing GM has ever made; just well balanced. Interesting to see all the new oil cans in the background as well.
