The GEXR local between Kitchener and Elmira is seen heading back south to Kitchener after switching an industrial facility in Elmira. It is pictured crossing the Conestogo in the quaint Mennonite village of St. Jacobs, just north of Waterloo. Glad I got these shots. Daylight GEXR operations in this time period on this line were much more common than present.
