Birthday Present An empty Herzog ballast train heads up the MacTier hot on the heals of CP 421 with a pair of reactivated multimarks. Well worth the chase for machines that returned to earn their keep on the CPR.

  3. I saw these two pass by the woodbridge fair grounds and had no way of letting anyone else know they were coming. Glad you caught them!

  4. Nice shot Mike! So awesome to see SD40-2′s back on the road as they were intended to be!

  5. Very nice, Michael. Love seeing those SD’s still in service.

  6. I haven’t seen an SD40 since 2014, so I’m a little upset I missed this considering that the location in which this was shot, is a stones throw away, oh well I better keep looking, nice catch :)
