Turning the tables! An engineers view of all you "foamers" out there at Scotch Block.  LOL actually I decided to shoot this pic years ago when headed upgrade at mileage 30 on the Halton. Often a favorite spot for railfans. Now that I hung up my throttle (but not retired from railroading just yet) I will have to come out here with my camera and join you boys.
