Caption: CN 5785 (SD75i), GECX 7315 (C40-8W ex-CSX same unit), and CN 2932 (ES44dc) leading train CN 421 have traversed Aldershot yard from east to west, dropping off part of their train and lifting other cars. They have stopped on the west yard lead, awaiting readiness to rejoin the Oakville sub at CN Snake to proceed to their activities at Hamilton's Stuart Street yard, after which they will continue the journey to Port Robinson.
This location required a hike through long grass and brush. In the warmer seasons we are well-advised to take precautions in similar terrain against the increasing risk of black legged ticks, vectors for Lyme disease etc.
