Caption: The intermediate searchlight signals still give off their distinctive glow at mile 34 of CP’s Galt subdivision, but change is on the horizon as new LED signals are all ready active just a few miles west at Guelph Junction, not to mention those that were installed as far west as Streetsville a couple of years ago, although not yet in use. Other changes not far off at this location is the relocation of Tremaine Road, including the elimination of the level crossing here replace further east by a new grade separation. It’s 3am as a pair of GE built AC 4400’s haul a short eastbound freight downgrade briefly disturbing the quite in the small village. A high fog cover is reflecting the bright lights from the town of Milton only a few miles to the east and adding some much needed light to this dark scene.

Another classic from the king of foggy night shots.
You are too kind was hoping for a bit more fog but I’m sure there will be more opportunities to come.
