The three GMD1's have been in long term storage in Toronto for the last couple of years. They were headed for LDS in Sarnia, ON
Glad to see these engines enter service again. They have been sitting in Mac yard’s diesel shops since July 2015. I have seen some recent pictures of CN 1412 and 1437 serving local industries in and around the Sarnia area. Thank goodness that they are not scrapped for I was starting give up hope on that they will ever enter service again.

Apparently they may be reactivated.
