  1. How did the FCP locomotives end up in Toronto? Especially there?

  2. While I can’t explain why they laid over downtown, they would be moving CN/GTW to Chicago and then likely Missouri Pacific to the border for delivery to NdeM and beyond. If this was the timeframe during the E-L detours account Hurricane Agnes, then likely they were on a CN freight that avoided Mac Yard because of that congestion.
