We are in mid October but for now it almost appears that CN train 148 has more fall colours on it then the trees in the background. This has long been a favourite spot of mine, and the lighting tends to stay decent here longer during the day then at Bayview. The plant here was once known as Hamilton West Jct. but today it is just an extension of the plant at Bayview Jct.

  1. Very nice shot

  2. You just missed having 4 snowmen make up the engine number. :-)

  3. Nice framing Marcus. The fall colors are really disappointing this year. Looks like a green fall that is for sure..

  4. Thats a nice well-balanced image. It is a crying shame we see so little in ‘eventful’ power thru here these days.

  5. Thanks everyone. I’ve always loved this spot, too bad the curb side parking here is now gone. It’s seems all the good places are getting harder to shoot at. And yes a little more interesting power wouldn’t hurt these days either :)
