Caption: Early mornings can equal great opportunities. The weather was perfect. The sun was just starting to rise, but there was still enough cloud cover that it illuminated the sky. Keeping myself occupied, with time to kill before work I was driving around hoping for a break. I came across the tracks by the ethanol plant, and to the west I saw a trio of eastbound headlights coming my way. With no time to spare I pulled into CP's access path, put the car in park and hopped out with camera in my hand. At this point, the crossing lights had been triggered, and the gates were lowering so I knew I had very little time to setup for this shot. Despite the lack of time, I was able to snag this shot of CP 8931 & 8943 passing the sidings at Bloomfield Road on it's approach into Chatham.
