Caption: It was a rainy evening in MacTier as CP 5664 held down the head end of 435 staged for traffic. Now almost unheard of, it used to be fairly common for these lower priority trains to spend plenty of time sitting in crew change terminals across the NOSA. While usually found waiting for spare crews to come available on weekends, they also used to spend plenty of time waiting for faster traffic ahead to settle down before coming out with most of the switching to do online. This 435 had a few CP's and CN's ahead congesting the South end of the DRZ ahead of them, before departing later that evening with plenty of work to do at Britt, Romford and Sudbury on the way to Cartier.
