Caption: This shot may be beating a dead horse, but shooting D&H 7304 leading the weed train in Niagara in the morning was not an option. Thanks to the help of a couple others and some tossing around of my flashlight, this managed to turn out. One can definitely appreciate that CP decided to park the train out in the open where shots were possible. Indeed, 7304 would head to Welland, Niagara Falls and Port Maitland after sunrise. I still cringe at the thought of not getting a shot of it in Niagara Falls, though you can't be everywhere, and drone shots are prohibited anywhere near the city.
For what it's worth, this opportunity at least almost makes up for it. 7304 is now on the MacTier Sub doing its rounds. Having both D&H 7303 and 7304 in Southern Ontario in the past month has been quite welcome. Being the last two units in D&H paint, who knows how much longer it'll be before before they get a coat of CP red.

You brightened this up nicely. Good work in the dead of night. What was your exposure time?
I did not opt for night shots – Took my kids for Fireworks instead and decided I’d rather sleep Had to be at the Jct for 0600…
All the shot is missing is fireworks in the background! Another great night shot to share. I had to go to work the next day…I got lucky with the timing to see it in action on the Ham Sub
Thanks guys. Steve, 30 seconds is what I did. I was surprised my tiny little LED flashlight was able to do so much. I’m a bit of a night owl currently which allowed me to get away with this.
