CSX train emerges from the Windsor Detroit Railway tunnel up grade to Windsor South. This train would go on through Essex county delivering shipments along the way eventually ending up in St Thomas. As a CN employee this vantage point was accessible at the time from the stairs to the right. These were all blocked off and fenced in in early 90's when the right tunnel was enlarged to accommodate auto rack rail cars. Also people were trying to enter the US through these tunnels.
