Marcus W Stevens stated that "when it rains it pours - if the weather is bad then all the interesting power will show up". On a recent and depressing trip last week to Sarnia, I ended up detouring to Wyoming. Of course, Mother Nature decided against my wishes for my time spent in that area for a nice sunny day. But note what follows lead engine 2977 across Broadway Street - 3 other units including slug #203 and an old friend in 7200. These units are usually seen shunting around the yards at Sarnia. And yes just off in the distance is VIA's little bus shelter they call a station, replacing a much larger building that once stood in the foreground.

  1. Oh man…not you too? You and Marcus have caught Mooney syndrome. We are not sure if there is a cure. It can last for a “number of years”….

  2. LOL! There is something about those CN GEEPs, I can’t get enough of them, maybe its because CN is the last Class 1 railroad with them. EMD designer Dick Dilworth would be proud.

  3. Geepers what a match up. Ultra modern with the old and trusty.

  4. “GEEP-ers” you say Extra 1014? Yes, I may indeed have caught the Mooney syndrome (snake)…after all, it only takes one time to hang out with the guy for a day and you’re just as passionate about photography as he is! LOL…all joking aside, my wife would agree to these comments lol :)
