CN 310 ducks under highway 20 a few minutes after the sky opened up and a torrential downpour began (with me on a busy overpass!). Needless to say I did get soaked, even if I was shooting while holding an umbrella.... Power is CN 8011 and CN 2547, with CN 2245 mid-train. The south track is lined for VIA 63.

  1. Is there a sign telling you “Toronto” in the background, or the lanes to stay in to get to Toronto?

  2. It’s telling you that if you stay on that highway long enough, you’ll end up in Toronto.

  3. Foamer!

  4. Lawdy what a crappy day out. And you’re out in THAT? Man, you must be losing your pixels. :o )

  5. Hard core.

  6. You’re definitely hardcore standing in the rain like that. I agree with Mr. Mooney, although you might have lost some of your mind too :-)

    Good pic nonetheless.

Would I do it? You’re damned right I would. When I was living in Vermont, the FRA test car (one of them) paid a visit. Granted permission to photograph the car, I should’ve put Off on me. I was eaten alive by mosquitos.

The pics are on a CD-R in storage somewhere, but it was brought down by a CN GP40-2WL though.
