Following up Eric May’s photo of the Great Gorge Route, here is International Railway Company 732 posing on the Canadian side. (Perhaps one of our Niagara hands can identify the bridge in the background and pinpoint the exact location.)

This 2 1/4 x 4 1/2 print by an unknown photographer is dated May 20, 1932, less than five months before the Canadian portion of the line was abandoned.

  1. THAT is really nice. It sure looks like the current bridge in behind, the one which carries auto traffic and rail traffic on the upper deck. (Whirlpool br)
